Description:
Heavy Equipment Sales Manager (Komatsu or Caterpillar)
will be responsible for overseeing multiple sales reps in a region, forecasting, budgeting, market analysis, planning, continuous improvement, and directly managing the Prime Goods – Heavy Equipment Sales Division.
This position reports to the VP and is requires a BA in Business Management or related. It also requires 10 years in the heavy equipment industry with emphasis on sales management. Successfully driving a team of sales professionals to success and profit and achieving market share.
This is a lucrative position with base + bonus pay structure.
