Shop Supervisor – Heavy Equipment – Earth Moving Equipment
Shop Supervisor Description:
- Will directly oversee and mentor junior technicians
- Handle issues with comebacks, customer service
- make sure proper paperwork is complete
- Supervise up to 12 technicians
- assist in training junior techs as needed
- Provide good, solid, leadership skills and be a good role model
- Other duties as assigned
Shop Supervisor Requirements:
- Clean criminal history
- Valid Drivers License with no owi past 10 years
- Strong mechanics skills with emphasis in heavy equipment
- Premier Brand mechanic experience of at least 5 years : John Deere, Komatsu, Caterpillar, Volvo
- Dealership experience strongly preferred
